Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Does joining the waitlist obligate me to purchase?

No. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to anything.

The waitlist is simply a way to express interest and receive early details about the next Better Scrum Leadership Circle, including timing, format, and pricing. When enrollment opens, you can decide whether or not it’s the right fit for you.

When are the live Zoom sessions?

Live Zoom session times are coordinated with the members of each class. After enrollment, participants will be invited to share their availability, and sessions will be scheduled to accommodate the group as best as possible.

This approach ensures the live discussions work for the people actually participating, rather than forcing a fixed time that doesn’t fit real schedules.

How are the Zoom sessions used?

The Zoom sessions are the core of the experience. They are facilitated discussions where participants explore real situations, surface patterns, and connect theory to practice.

This is not a lecture or presentation. Active participation is expected.

How much time should I expect to spend each week?

Plan for:

  • A short amount of pre-work (videos or prompts)

  • One live Zoom session

  • Light reflection or experimentation between sessions

The goal is meaningful learning without overwhelming your schedule.

What about earning a credential?

If earning a credential is important for your situation, we can work with you to pursue the Registered Scrum Master (RSM) credential as part of this program.

The learning content and live sessions are aligned to the RSM learning objectives. Participants who complete the required learning activities and demonstrate understanding can be supported through the process of earning the credential at the end of the circle.

This keeps the focus on real-world application first, while still providing a clear path to certification when it’s needed.
